PrepCntr: a complete warehouse platform, built from scratch.

PrepCntr is a multi-tenant SaaS that runs the entire inventory lifecycle for prep centers and 3PLs serving Amazon FBA sellers and e-commerce brands. BC Analytics designed and built the whole application: front end, back end, data model, integrations, and infrastructure.

From the database schema to the operator UI, customer portal, billing, and hardware integrations, PrepCntr was engineered top to bottom by our team.

The challenge

Prep centers were running complex, high-volume operations on spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with no shared source of truth, manual customer updates, and no quality gates before shipment.

Our solution

A single, multi-tenant platform that traces every unit from dock-in to dock-out, gives customers a self-serve white-label portal, and bills automatically through Stripe, replacing the spreadsheets entirely.
